A professional fitness assessment is essential to designing your personal coaching program. We will test your heart rate, blood pressure, percentage of body fat and muscle, tape measurements, cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength and overall flexibility.

Tabata Training – Tabata Bootcamp is an 8 week bootcamp that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol.
